Unresponsive doors in-game

Everyone has been bitten by this one. I was cruising around the tech forum on the PS forums and ran across this thread. I thought the dev response was quite interesting.

Wow thats helpful next time I am in front of a jamed door I will be sure to call them just to see what they say.

Oh yeah....

Next time I am cloaked and hacking a door at a base in the middle of a fight, or trying to walk through a door in the middle of an enemy base I will be sure and stop and Send for a CSR.
