Well this Saturday(August 16th) SuperDuperSumo and My acount will be over. But as summer goes I will be back in school :evil: Hopefully I will be seing some of you guys next summer.(If I'm still going to play) But thanks and it was really fun being in the Sons of Vanu. :D

I will be moving on aug15 friday thus no internet for me.. and probably cancel my account at the same time.. probably not going come back.. nice playing with all you people.. I will be moving to Canada in September. if by anychance SOE made planetside worthwhile again OR I get bored with halflife2, I will comeback.. but I doubt many will still be around. Too bad there isnt a option in PS where I can give my BR20 CR4 char to someone who wants it.

You can Isux...after you cancel, give whoever your userID and password for the account. They can enter their billing info, and take over the account. Maybe give it to someone you know and trust, and make a deal with them to share the UID/PW so you can come back and play if you like.

Something else I wanted to mention which I think is really cool and you would like to see is something I actually was able to build out of my favorite toy (LEGO) was a magrider. My brother Sumo tried to take pictures of it but they wouldn't fit on our web page.(Our Program for some reason shrunk them to small and it wouldn't fit on the website) So hopefully soon i will be able to show my Masterpiece (good in detail :P)

I had a feeling this was going to inevitably start happening with school going back in session. In fact, my subscription runs out Monday, and I wasn't planning on buying anymore time. I won't get my money's worth once classes start, between school, work, and homework... However, I decided that I'm going to buy 3 months because I can't bring myself to leave SoV. :( Even if I only play on the weekends, I'll still be getting my money's worth in my mind.

It sucks to see you and Super go, Chaos. At least keep in touch on the boards.

Well, we actually have lost a lot of members since the outfit was created. We have about 90 active members, but since the outfit was created we've had around 300 members come and go. Many people joined for a few days and never got involved enough to stick around. Several have gotten tired of the game, some got tired of us. No big deal, its all about the fun.

Its my hope that people will make an effort to sitck together a little. It would be a shame to not use the fact that we have a group of gamers who work together well.

I would suspect that we'll all be interested in another game one day. It would be really cool to add another game to the list we play together.

If we had done some organization we could have had a Sonf of Vanu group in SWG. Or perhaps a UT2003 clan. Maybe for HL2, if the multi-player aspect is good we could for a group to play that some.

I control the domain name, so we could always add:

And start a subgroup there...

I start school in a a week, so I'm out to..at least on weekdays. I will try to get on when possible, duobt how much...my mom is all up tight this year for some reason. Anyways, i will keep checking this site and at Christmas break, Spring break and next summer ill be back... :(
