Help please

Ok So I just got this thing, it was a big mistake. it's called block checker, I've deleted the bulk of it. but one process can not be deleted. its called csrss.exe. There are 3 versions of it running on my process thing on CTRL + ALT + DEL. I cannot get it deleted. any suggestions?

Well.. you should have at least one csrss.exe running but not three. There have been viruses and backdoors int he past which have maqueraded as that file, but there hasnt been a new one in a long time.

You need to run an updated virus check immediately, there are several free ones online, most popular being AVG. Just do a search for free virus scan, and see if AVG comes up.

I have AVG, I'll Scan. Luckily I deleted most of it. it started doing weird shit to MSN. I'd Immediatly send a message to people telling them to get it. not good.
