I realize you are probably on dialup, and I have been there and done that. You can barely get any enjoyment out of the game without TS running, much less with it on. But as far as squad leading goes, I havent seen any. You are not on TS and that makes a big difference. Sorry to put it to ya the raw way, but I generally do things like that. Get broadband! Then we will see... oh yes.

If you have to ask.....

TeamSpeak is a must when leading SoV squads. We pretty much know what to do and how to get it done. If you are just going to farm CEP, then pick a zerged cont and go with the flow. Get your team to the base and zerg em.

If you are more of a defensive player then you'll need to have more communication avenues available. That is where TS comes in hand. Its easier to say over TS "Get your asses to Amerish Tumas NOW! Stupid toolbags!".

Here are a couple of tips.

Set ONE waypoint and make sure your squad knows the plan. If you have to repeat it over squad/platoon/outfit chat, then do it.

Always be closing! If you want to get that CEP, get your squad into the SOI and make sure you hold the hack. Tell them to guard the CC or tubes.

Transportation! Make sure your squad has a ride. Get a gal cert or transport cert for them. Most of our outfit has either Air Cav or some type of transport cert, but some don't! Its YOUR job to arrange a ride.

Keep your squad TOGETHER! Nothing pisses me off more than my squad all over the place. Sometimes its hard to keep them in line, but YOU have to!

Spawnpoint control. Keep an eye on where your squad is going to be spawning and be aware as it changes. It does no good to get them all to the SOI if the first time they die they wind up half a cont away. If that means you need an AMS cert, get one or find people who have it and make sure they're awre of the needs. Holding a tower yourself or sitting in an AMS to babysit it might be good too.

well the problem WAS my RAM but thats fixed... now i have 1024 ram. need a vid card though. i usually cant get on TS because like when people cuss and my mom :evil: hears it she gets mad and makes me leave... 'til i start dropping F bombs.... And i have Gal cert now too... so just cooperation is all i need for a better tomorrow.. uh better today whatever

Yeah headphones are not that expensive and they allow us to understand each other better by eliminating feedback. (thats when the sound comes out of the speaker and gets picked up by the mic to get transmitted back thru the speaker again in an endless loop)
