Where the hell does this go?

I was downloading extra UT2k4 files today (mostly maps and some user skins and models and stuff) and came across a file type that I didn't know where to put. Its called a ut2mod file, and its supposed to be for a skin that I downloaded, but i can't figure out where to put the blasted thing to make it work. Someone tell me where it goes!!

Ok, I've divscovered that what I need is a "ut mod installer". Apparently its a program that came with one of the updates for unreal 2k3 a while back in some bonus content pack (#4 I believe). In any case, the only place i've found to download it is fileplanet, but they want money for it, so I told them to go to hell cause I ain't paying to download one file....So what should I try now?

What are the file types? I know alot about UT and can tell ya how to install them.
